Wayback Adventures Day 8: A Disappointing Dino
The Wayback Machine which I borrowed from Sherman and Mr. Peabody is still broken; and today, when I tried setting it to “Home”, it sent me off to what would one day become Mongolia, in the Cretaceous period. Sucks! The air here is heavy and smells bad. BUT at least there are interesting dinosaurs to look at. Here’s one:
I’d imagined these things would be bigger. The Wikipedia entry says that these grew between 16 and 20 feet long, but this one is about one inch long. I’m disappointed! But I can feed this little guy some of my trail mix and see what happens.
Oh well.
I have to let the Wayback Machine rest for a day or so. In the meantime, I will look around and see what else to see. Adventure!
In other, modern, news, we put up one of our Christmas trees this morning. The one that looks like an actual tree, with lights and stuff. I know it’s all very confusing, what with the time travel and all, but there are no paradoxes here! At least, not yet. And here’s a picture that Jennifer sent me from 2024:
Still no paradoxes.
