I HAVE to believe that this is a hoax. I HAVE to believe it because my mind refuses to accept that a) someone recognizes rainbows as a sign of danger, b) someone might truly believe rainbows are caused by something other than refracted light, and c) that our constituional (??) rights are being taken away.
